We never post about work, but here's an HNU tradition for you. During new student orientation, each new student has his or her name written on the stairs. Family, friends, faculty, and staff line the stairs and the new students walk up to the top as a group as a symbol of the new journey. Graduation at HNU has students walk down the stairs, so it's a nice contrast.
