Noah started his first day of school today. He had been a bit nervous in the weeks leading up to today and this morning he even mentioned to Olivia that he was scared there were monsters in the shadows that looked like kids from his class. But, being the brave guy that he is, he ran right into his classroom, showed his teacher his new backpack, and fit right into the mix.

He's Officially a Preschool Graduate
Noah hasn't gone to preschool all summer, but they don't have their graduation until August, so we went back for the celebration.
All the graduates got up on stage to sing and dance.
All but Noah, that is. He wasn't into it.
They sang "Let it Go" from Disney's Frozen. He doesn't care for that song, if you can't tell.
At least he got up on stage with his teachers. That's Lilly on the left and Annie behind him.
Noah and his buddy were the only two of the 5 graduates from his class that made it to the ceremony. It was a nice end to a stage of his life that meant so much to him.
Tilden Park with Friends
This was Samantha's first ride on the Tilden Steam Train. She may or may not have nursed on a moving train...
After a few train rides we went for a hike around Jewel Lake.
The kiddos had entirely too much fun.
Lego Camp
Noah went to a week of Lego camp a few weeks ago.
He was really excited that they got to build Lego vehicles with motors!
It was a fun week, but he says he'd rather go to a camp where they play outside more. Can't fault him for that!
Ducks in green water.
Noah Fun
Noah's cousins had a birthday party. He and Jadon had fun playing air hockey.
And Noah and Connor played in a hot dog bus.
One of Noah's favorite things to do this summer was to make popcorn. He got really good at doing it and can almost do it by himself now!
Popcorn success!
