Bounce House Party

Sorry for the delay here...

Noah's cousin Markus had a bounce house at his birthday party.  Noah had a blast!

And of course, The Birthday Boy!!

Birthday Party Fun!

 Noah went to a birthday party for one of his daycare friends.

 He had a lot of fun with the pinata.

They were supposed to come dressed as their favorite superhero, so Olivia made Noah a Super Noah cape.  Like we thought, he didn't really want to keep it on for long.  Maybe someday he'll be more excited about it.

We had a community yard sale today and Noah ended up coming home with a mister that attaches to the garden hose.  He had an absolute blast with it!

Land of the Misfit Toys

We went to a park on Saturday in Berkeley.  The park is officially named Totland and is perfectly designed for the under 3 crowd.  Noah could have cared less about the play structures, though.  As you can see, this park is a repository for toys who have been outgrown by park visitors.  Noah couldn't keep away!  Funny thing is, most of the other kids were doing just the same.

 This one was the oldest saddest toy, but quite a few kids rode it while we were there!

 Noah LOVED this car.  I think he especially loved the wet sand that was in the trunk.  Ew.

 What?  More sand?  Ok!

I guess if you want to see how a toy holds up, check out Totland!  Another note, none of the toys had lights and sounds that worked, but the kids still loved them.  Why do we they all come with all the flashy stuff?

With his new friend "Duck" that he and Mommy found at a garage sale for 50 cents.  He insisted on taking it to the bookstore and made many people smile as he took it for a walk outside.

Potty Training Fun

Noah has been interested in using the potty, so we decided to dedicate some of the weekend as potty time.

With so much naked bottom time on our hands, Noah was stuck at home.  Thankfully a box arrived from Grandpa and Noah had a blast with the packaging!

Nutmeg was not impressed.

Potty weekend was hit and miss with more misses than hits, but Noah is much better about letting us know when he is going potty, so it definitely was not a waste.  We'll try again in a month or so and see where it goes.
