Noah's new obsession is with books. The first thing he does in the morning is find a book to assault us with...I mean gently urge us to read to him. His favorite book right now is Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? followed closely by any book in the Maisy series which he refers to as Loo-La because he loves the character named Tallulah.

An after work trip to the lake

It was a pretty day, traffic was horrific, and Victor had to work late, so Noah and Olivia decided that it was a perfect time to visit Lake Temescal in Oakland. Noah had a great time watching the ducks and pigeons. He chased one poor Coot all over. There were some ducklings who were obviously a little too people friendly and they came over to visit. What a nice end to a workday!

Visit to the Academy of Sciences

We went to the Academy of Science in San Francisco with the Lopezjones family on Good Friday. Here are Noah and Olivia on the "living roof" in the rain. Noah was not impressed.


The aquarium, however, was a HUGE hit!


He kept calling the fish "birdies".
